All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Note: we use the a highly customizable and reliable Client Relations Management (CRM) software called Dubsado. We may also release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
9. Third Party and Use of Cookies
Third Party Services may use cookies to help you sign into their services from our Services. We may use third party cookies, such as Google Analytics, to assist with analyzing performance. Any third party cookie usage is governed by the privacy policy of the third party placing the cookie.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. 11. Google
Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

12. California Online Privacy Act
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. In accordance with CalOPPA, we agree to allow users to visit our site anonymously and will clearly display a link to our Privacy Policy on our home page.
Users will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes directly on our Privacy Policy page. Furthermore, users may change or updated their personal information by emailing us through our contact page.

13. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Your client portal is protected by your account password. We encourage you to never disclose your password to anyone and to log out of your account after each use. While we use various technological security methods to protect your information these measures do not guarantee your information will not be accessed, disclosed altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. While we have methods of protecting your Personal Identification Information (PII), we do not guarantee it’s absolute security.
